Mason Interactive is a 10 year old Performance Marketing Agency with 20 employees and about 40 clients worldwide. We offer SEO, SEM, Display, Social and Email Marketing, and our clients are clustered in Higher Education and Fashion.

Why work at Mason? We’re a boutique firm, which means that your voice will be heard.  There aren’t four levels of management.  You’ll be hands on, learning and contributing from day one, and your opinion will be asked for.

Our ideal candidate is someone who currently works at a bigger firm, and is sick of hearing  “No.” “No, you can’t do that,” or “No, let me run it up to the coordinator, who’ll run it up to the group supervisor, who might ask the client.”  You’ll hear a whole lot of “Yes” here, instead; we look forward to hearing from you.

  • Participation in company health (medical, dental) insurance plans after 90 days full-time employment
