Performance Marketing Manager

Our growing team needs you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketer to work with our AWESOME portfolio of clients. If you join our NYC team, you’ll be on one of our largest accounts in the Fashion space who is eager to ramp up their brand and push the boundaries on Social Media.

You’ll help brands hit their sales goals using platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This position will report directly to the Media Director, and we’re looking for someone with ≥ 2 years of experience.

The Performance Marketing Manager will actively manage engagements with our portfolio of clients. You will be hands-on, leading strategy, and driving success.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition on paid social, paid search, and display

  • Top-of-the-funnel demand generation using paid social, paid search, and display

  • A/B testing, including email collection, landing page tests, and more

  • Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns on paid social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat), direct response channels and email marketing campaigns

  • Analyze and extract meaningful marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms

  • Review and present data-driven analysis of campaigns and marketing strategy

  • Lead strategic conversations with the C-suite and the marketing team of our clients to empower successful growth strategies

Duties and Responsibilities

  • BA/BS required

  • A minimum of 1 year in agency-side digital advertising

  • Strong experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GDN/AdWords

  • Experience with Facebook Power Editor

  • Must have strong Excel skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player

  • Excellent writer/verbal communication and effective problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

This position starts at $55,000 salary

PErformance marketing ANALYST

Our growing team needs you! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Performance Marketing Analyst to work with our AWESOME portfolio of clients. If you join our NYC team, you’ll be on one of our largest accounts in the Fashion space who is eager to ramp up their brand and push the boundaries on Social Media.

You’ll help brands hit their sales goals using platforms such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram. This is a junior position. While priority will be given to people with experience, this could be a great starting job for the right person.

The Performance Marketing Analyst will be assisting the Performance Marketing Managers, learning to client-face, run ads, and be responsible for a client’s growth via hands-on apprenticeship.

Responsibilities
